What is GLA:D™ Canada?
GLA:D™ Canada is an evidence-based education and exercise program developed for people with knee or hip osteoarthritis.
The program combines education sessions with 12 supervised group exercise sessions. You learn about osteoarthritis and how to manage it, while working on strength and control with exercises tailored to your abilities.

I’m Anna Fraenkel, a Montreal physiotherapist with more than 25 years of experience and certification in GLA:D™ Canada.
I help people with knee osteoarthritis manage pain, build strength and find a level of activity they can maintain and gradually build on.
Care is available in person in Montreal and online for Quebec residents.
